I created this plan at the end of 2022 after struggling with weight gain, brain fog, trouble sleeping, cystic acne and chronic fatigue. I had previously lost 90+ pounds in 2017 so I thought I could follow that same plan and easily get the weight off. NOPE! The weight was stubborn and the methods I was using didn't work anymore! This is what brought me to the discovery of a high fat low carb diet for happy hormones. The weight came right off! I lost 50 pounds in just under 6 months. I completely changed my outlook on food from what it was previously and it's been EFFORTLESS to keep the weight off this time! I'm so excited you're here. You're in the right place. I created this meal plan in 2022 after having my 3rd baby and really struggling postpartum with weight gain, brain fog, and constant ravenous hunger.
