FINAAAALLLLYYYYYY hit 50 LBS DOWN!
My weight-loss slowed down extremelyyyyyy in October and I lost a total of 5 lbs, and some inches which I was still happy about. This week I finally broke my stall (ranging between 176-174 seriously for weeeeeeks) and I started losing around a pound-ish a day again waking up at 171.5 this morning!!
Trust the process y’all. No freaking joke. I’m so proud to say that I stayed clean during the loss/gain and stall and although it was heavy on my mind I continued what I was doing and my body finally learned I wasn’t going to give in!
