Officially down 102 pounds! All thanks to Tiffany!! I had a baby a few months after she did, and started having the exact same symptoms and issues she did. I was so thankful that Tiffany was going through the same exact things and I knew I wasn’t alone or crazy! I started clean keto in January and my SW was 250.8, I hit 148.2 last Sunday!!
